Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Energy Rays delivers nationwide across South Africa. All orders are dispatched from Cape Town.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location
- Delivery cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Large items (solar panels, batteries, inverters) are delivered via courier on a pallet or oversized freight service — we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements after your order is placed
- Order tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery. Inspect all items before signing for the delivery. If any damage is visible on the packaging, note it with the courier before signing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s what to do:
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at info@energyrays.co.za. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Incorrect item received: Contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange collection and replacement immediately.
- Change of mind: Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account.
- Warranty claims: All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us at info@energyrays.co.za with your order number and we will assist with the warranty process.
